Un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de entrenar empiezan los dolores musculares por eso les muestro los siguientes pasos o tips que uso para aliviar el dolor, relajarme y seguir con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda ajetreado:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.- Estiro el cuello,\u00a0extremidades y todo el Cuerpo antes y Despu\u00e9s del Ejercicio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los entrenadores profesionales lo incluyen en las rutinas para preparar el cuerpo antes de cualquier rutina de ejercicio y despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento lo que ayuda a calmar un poco el dolor muscular al d\u00eda, entre los ejercicios b\u00e1sicos de estiramiento est\u00e1n los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estirar el cuello hacia los lados y de arriba hacia abajo con la cabeza.<\/li>\n<li>Estira los brazos hacia el pecho y hacia arriba.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los ejercicios de estiramiento para las piernas.<\/li>\n<li>Twist para relajar la cintura y cadera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.- Ba\u00f1o en Tina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando llego a casa despu\u00e9s de entrenar, generalmente en las noches, trato de darme unos minutos para relajarme en la tina con agua tibia y mi aceite natural favorito porque \u00a0es excelente para reponer el cuerpo del cansancio y la mente para terminar un d\u00eda ocupado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.- M\u00fasica Suave.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es lo ideal para acompa\u00f1ar un ba\u00f1o de tina y lograr calmar la mente y el cuerpo de la actividad del d\u00eda es ideal acompa\u00f1ar esta rutina con m\u00fasica suave que puede ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Sonidos de la naturaleza.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fasica Instrumental.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fasica Hind\u00fa de Meditaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>o tu m\u00fasica favorita para cantar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.- Realizo una Peque\u00f1a Rutina Yoga para siempre tengo algunos problemitas para dormir por eso una peque\u00f1a rutina de yoga para relajarme, estirarme, restaurar mi cuerpo y descansar bien no puede faltar las siguientes posturas antes de dormir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Postura del Heroe.<\/li>\n<li>La postura del Ni\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Postura del perro.<\/li>\n<li>Postura del camello.<\/li>\n<li>Pliegue de Mariposa o Butterfly fold.<\/li>\n<li>Postura de la Paloma<\/li>\n<li>Supino Twist.<\/li>\n<li>Puente<\/li>\n<li>Y para terminar las Rodillas en el Pecho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a05.- Cuando Aparece el Dolor tomo despu\u00e9s de realizar mi rutina de CrossFit aparece al d\u00eda siguiente y hay ocasiones en que no puedo ni caminar pero tengo que despertar temprano para realizar mis actividades cotidianas ya que el d\u00eda empieza desde atender a la familia, el Esposo va a trabajar temprano y lo acompa\u00f1o a tomar desayuno, preparo su snack y lunch al igual que mi ni\u00f1a, va al colegio y tengo que prepararle el desayuno, el snack y el lunch, llevarla a clases y luego ir a trabajar todas las ma\u00f1anas por eso no puedo permitirme sentir dolor muscular en todo el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><a
