Otros alimentos vegetales que podemos incorporar en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n diaria para variar son: El pepino, esp\u00e1rragos, repollo, pimientos, tomate, zanahoria, uvas, cherries, fresas. No olvidemos que es mejor consumir los alimentos frescos y org\u00e1nicos ya que poseen menos cantidad de qu\u00edmicos adheridos como pesticidas, hormonas y otros qu\u00edmicos da\u00f1inos para su conservaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Los alimentos que podemos disminuir o eliminar en nuestras comidas dependiendo de nuestro estado de salud, indicaci\u00f3n del nutricionista o nuestra meta son: Las pastas, arroz, pan, tortillas, sodas, jugos de frutas artificiales, hot dog, bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y otros m\u00e1s que puedo compartir con ustedes, si desean me dejan un comentario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Entre las prote\u00ednas o carnes que son importantes en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n diaria, felizmente encontramos en los supermercados con facilidad son el pollo, pavo, carne en sus diferentes cortes, pescados como salmon, tambi\u00e9n\u00a0langosta, camar\u00f3n, cangrejo para variar y no caer en la rutina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>M\u00e1s Tips que les pueden servir:<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aunque suene repetitivo, no olvidemos tener en cuenta siempre las porciones porque son las que generalmente sabotean nuestras metas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Tambi\u00e9n los ali\u00f1os para las ensaladas, las salsas y aceites son importantes tener en cuenta, en cantidad y calidad por las calor\u00edas que aportan, mientras m\u00e1s naturales mejor.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Los granos no pueden faltar como las almendras, nueces y dem\u00e1s siempre recomendadas por los especialistas por su aporte en fibra y nutrientes importantes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Recomiendo siempre consumir alimentos de mejor calidad como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamaholistica.com\/tips-geniales-alimentos-organicos\/\">org\u00e1nicos<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mi nutricionista me recomienda siempre hacer ejercicio aunque sea 15 a 30 minutos desde una caminata con mi cachorro hasta volver a mi training de Crossfit que estoy evaluando.
