Una taza tiene s\u00f3lo 140 calor\u00edas y menos de 2 gramos de grasa.\u00a0Es f\u00e1cil de hacer, \u00a0encuentro todos los productos en los supermercados de USA para darme un gustito los fines de semana. Aqu\u00ed les dejo la receta:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTES<\/span>:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>2.2 lb de filete de pescado blanco, sin fibras, fresco y consistente (corvina,tilapia, etc)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>3 cebollas rojas medianas cortadas finamente largas o al gusto.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>8 o 10 Limas (lim\u00f3n verde)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>5 aj\u00ed limo o 10 mini sweet peppers (si encuentran marca\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008000;\">Pero Family Farms<\/span>) picados muy peque\u00f1os.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>3 hojas de lechuga<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>3 papas amarillas (golden) y\/o camotes (sweet potatoes) cocinados y cortados en rodajas.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>3 ma\u00edz (o corn) cocinados y si desean cortados en rodajas.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>3 hojas de lechuga<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Sal al gusto<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Pimienta opcional.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>2 mini sweet peppers en rodaja para la decoraci\u00f3n, Cilantro picado y Garlic (ajo) chancados son opcionales.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/span>:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Lavar el pescado con agua y sal, cortarlo en cuadrados de 1 a 2 cm aprox.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Cortar la cebolla como pluma y ponerle sal.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Poner el pescado en un bowl y sazonar con sal y a\u00f1adir los mini sweet peppers picado chiquito y la lima reci\u00e9n exprimida.
