#MamaHolistica\" src=\"http:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/08\/1977144_673754059351004_990745343_n.jpg?resize=474%2C474\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color:#008000;\">Resumiendo los Tips para complementar frutas y verduras a nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n diaria puedo aconsejarles los siguientes:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#003300;\"><strong>1.- <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">No olvidar comer de 3 a 5 porciones de frutas y verduras al d\u00eda.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#008000;\">Si son frutas y vegetales frescos es mejor, es lo recomendado por los expertos y si lo complementamos con 8 vasos de agua al d\u00eda y ejercicio regular tendremos una vida m\u00e1s saludable.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#008000;\"><span style=\"color:#003300;\"><strong>2.- <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Aprovechar el Verano<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#008000;\">Es la temporada ideal por la variedad de frutas y verduras que podemos encontrar y porque podemos encontrar farmers market donde encontrar buena calidad, org\u00e1nica y a precios accesibles.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color:#003300;\"><strong>3.- <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Preparemos Recetas F\u00e1ciles.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#008000;\">Complicarse es lo menos que queremos, las ensaladas con deliciosos con ali\u00f1os naturales, al igual que \u00a0los jugos de verduras (Green Juice) o jugos de frutas para variar y aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las propiedades de cada fruta o verdura.
