Les\u00a0compart\u00ed anteriormente en un post sobre los\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mamaholistica.com\/2013\/10\/22\/tips-holisticos-beneficios-de-la-chia-para-bajar-de-peso-mamisholisticas\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Beneficios de la Chia para Bajar de Peso&#8221;<\/a><\/span>\u00a0gracias a los consejos diarios de mi Nutricionista y mi propia experiencia. Por eso no puedo dejar de compartir con ustedes las diferentes maneras de consumirla. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color:#008000;\">Entre las maneras de consumirla tenemos las siguientes opciones:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>1.-<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">\u00a0La Chia Seeds en tu Jugo Verde Favorito.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mamaholistica.com\/2014\/03\/24\/tips-holisticos-5-maneras-de-consumir-chia-chiaseeds\/picmonkey-collageer\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5976\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5976\" src=\"http:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/03\/picmonkey-collageer.jpg?resize=474%2C474\" alt=\"Chia Seed con tu Jugo Verde Favorito\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#008000;\"><strong>Las semillas de Chia (2 cucharadas remojadas en medio vaso de agua una noche antes) con una porci\u00f3n (Una taza o media taza) de tu fruta o verduras favoritas en jugo por las ma\u00f1anas es lo mejor. Se le agrega el agua que necesite para el espesor que desee.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.-<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>\u00a0Chia Seeds con tu Cereal y\/o Yogurt Favoritos.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a (<strong>2 cucharadas despu\u00e9s de haberse remojado previamente una noche)<\/strong>\u00a0al cereal\u00a0para complementar con yogurt y las frutas que deseen, todo en porciones moderadas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>3.- <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Chia Seeds con Las Frutas de Estaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/strong><span porque ya encontramos el pan horneado con chia como pan integral o tambi\u00e9n tenemos la acci\u00f3n de agregar la chia a nuestros sandwich ya que como les dije no tiene un sabor desagradable y me
