margin: 0;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: georgia; font-size: 130%; color: #006600;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>As\u00ed que al practicar yoga y meditaci\u00f3n es muy importante la respiraci\u00f3n pero es aun mas importante porque lo hacemos en cada momento y no nos damos cuenta de su valor, que pasa si no respiramos, simplemente no existimos, a parte que hay un intercambio de gases y todo el sistema respiratorio trabaja para que as\u00ed sea, nos llena de energ\u00eda y vitalidad.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Les quiero mostrar una forma de respiraci\u00f3n que los ayudara a relajarse en un momento de estr\u00e9s, es <span style=\"color: #003300;\">LA RESPIRACI\u00d3N NASAL ALTERNA<\/span>, esta respiraci\u00f3n sirve para sintonizar los ritmos de los dos Hemisferios cerebrales, teniendo muchos beneficios entre ellos aumentar el bienestar, relajarnos si estas estresado, tranquilizante y es rejuvenecedor, aqu\u00ed les tengo la t\u00e9cnica:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">1.-<\/span> Antes de empezar debemos limpiarnos la nariz con un pa\u00f1uelo, ya que las secreciones que tenemos normalmente en las fosas nasales pueden interferir en el pasaje del aire, cuando practiquen esta t\u00e9cnica se dar\u00e1n cuenta porque es importante este primer paso.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">2.-<\/span> Sentarse c\u00f3modamente, si desean pueden hacerlo con la posici\u00f3n de meditaci\u00f3n, que es muy buena, o como se sientan mejor.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">3.-<\/span> Identificar los dedos de la mano con los que vamos a trabajar, colocarlos igual a la figura:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Los dedos pulgar, anular y me\u00f1ique estirados y\u00a0<\/b><b>los dedos \u00edndice y medio doblados.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\">4.-<\/span> Luego tapamos la fosa Nasal Derecha levemente con el dedo pulgar mientras inhalamos por la fosa nasal izquierda que esta libre contando mentalmente hasta 4 o 5, como la primera figura; hacen una peque\u00f1a pausa y luego se tapan la fosa nasal izquierda con el dedo anular y me\u00f1ique y exhalan por la fosa nasal derecha contando mentalmente hasta 8 o 10. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gananci.com\/como-quitar-el-estres\/\" ><span style=\"color: #008000;\">23 formas de quitar el estr\u00e9s comprobadas por cient\u00edficos.<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">5.-<\/span> Continuando es importante saber que las respiraciones deben ser lentas y silenciosas, luego seguimos inhalando nuevamente por la fosa nasal derecha contando hasta 4 o5 , hacemos una pausa y cubrimos la derecha con el pulgar y van a exhalar por la izquierda contando hasta 8 o 10.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Parece un trabalenguas, lo s\u00e9, pero deben seguirla paso por paso hasta que la sepan y luego se les har\u00e1 f\u00e1cil y los ayudar\u00e1 en sus momentos de estr\u00e9s.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">6.-<\/span> Una peque\u00f1a pausa y seguimos inhalando por la izquierda contando hasta 5, luego cubrimos la izquierda y exhalamos por la derecha contando hasta 10.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">7.-<\/span> Seguimos por la derecha inhalando contando hasta 5 nuevamente y luego cubrimos la derecha para exhalar por la izquierda contando mentalmente.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>No debemos olvidar que las exhalaciones duran mas tiempo, y pueden empezar practicando esta respiraci\u00f3n 5 minutos al d\u00eda luego aumentarlo a 10 o realizarla en el momento del d\u00eda que est\u00e9n estresados.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Espero que lo pongan en practica y les sirva mucho como a mi, no olviden que &#8220;La Pr\u00e1ctica hace al Maestro&#8221;.
