Doblando las rodillas y colocando sus pies en el suelo con los talones apoyados. La respiraci\u00f3n es muy importante,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Exhale y, presionando sus pies y los brazos interiores en el suelo, empujamos el\u00a0coxis\u00a0hacia arriba, hacia el pubis, reafirmando (pero no de endurecimiento) las nalgas, y levantando los gl\u00fateos del suelo.
