Los tips son los siguientes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>1.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Comer Saludable<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/07\/10346296_717143935012016_2221802870066223172_n.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6656\" src=\"http:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/07\/10346296_717143935012016_2221802870066223172_n.jpg?resize=474%2C474\" alt=\"Tips para Mantenernos Saludables. Ad\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">S\u00e9 que a veces no le damos importancia y nos volvemos &#8220;practicas&#8221; y solo compramos comida &#8220;fast food&#8221; o comida r\u00e1pida, o la calentamos y ya esta, pero la comida fresca y reci\u00e9n preparada, con ingredientes\u00a0saludables y no\u00a0rehusados o recalentados son la mejor alternativa para mantenernos saludables, esta comprobado que para mantenernos en nuestro peso o bajar de peso la alimentaci\u00f3n influye en un 80% de todo el proceso por eso la importancia de \u00a0consumir lo natural y mejor para la salud. Las frutas y en especial las verduras son la mejor opci\u00f3n, no lo olviden.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>2.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mantenernos Activos<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Hacer ejercicio o solo salir a caminar por periodos de tiempo dos veces o m\u00e1s a la semana, a parte de la actividad o &#8220;pasividad&#8221; que tenemos en el trabajo nos va a ayudar a<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00a0estar saludables y nos\u00a0mantendr\u00e1 no solo bien\u00a0f\u00edsicamente evitando, previniendo o controlando muchas enfermedades, sino tambi\u00e9n nos beneficia mentalmente, ya que la salud mental es muy importante y el ejercicio es una muy buena alternativa para mantenernos motivados y con la mente clara y despejada.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>3.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Protegernos del Sol.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/07\/molina-health1.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6658\" src=\"http:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/07\/molina-health1.jpg?resize=474%2C474\" alt=\"Tips para Mantenernos Saludables. #Ad\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">No olvidemos que la capa de ozono tiene un gran agujero y deja entrar los da\u00f1inos rayos ultravioletas por todos lados y nuestra piel es la \u00fanica que nos protege, por eso aplicarnos bloqueador solar todo el tiempo es lo ideal, especialmente si tenemos en cuenta que el c\u00e1ncer de piel esta subiendo en las estad\u00edsticas y causando muchas muertes. Es importante\u00a0elegir\u00a0el protector solar ideal para nuestra piel y la de nuestra familia, as\u00ed estemos en casa debemos aplicarnos la crema protectora aparte de usar lentes de sol, sombrero, paraguas y todo lo que se pueda cuando estemos m\u00e1s expuestos al sol, especialmente ahora que estamos en verano y en \u00e9poca de playa y paseos al aire libre.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">4.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Evitar consumir bebidas alcoholicas o fu<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mar<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Escuchamos que tomar una copa de vino u otras bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas despu\u00e9s de comer es lo ideal por los antioxidantes y tambi\u00e9n porque ayudan a la digesti\u00f3n pero hay muchas personas que exageran por eso ahora se recomienda no ingerir bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, especialmente si estamos siguiendo alg\u00fan r\u00e9gimen para bajar de peso y si se hace puede ser una vez por semana para no abusar. Con respecto al cigarro y al porcentaje que crece d\u00eda a d\u00eda de casos de c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n causados por el consumo, en la actualidad muchos ignoran que fumar causa c\u00e1ncer al pulm\u00f3n y a otros \u00f3rganos que est\u00e1n expuestos con este h\u00e1bito o vicio, lo bueno es que ya existen muchos m\u00e9todos m\u00e9dicos y no m\u00e9dicos para dejar de fumar para prevenir y no lamentar.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>5.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Visitar al m\u00e9dico una vez al a\u00f1o para un chequeo completo<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Hacernos un chequeo m\u00e9dico cada a\u00f1o o dos veces al a\u00f1o dependiendo de muchos factores como edad, sexo y lo que se presente es lo que hago con mi familia, hay que asegurarse que estamos sanos cada a\u00f1o para prevenir, ya que esa es la clave de la salud. El chequeo medico es importante para toda la familia considerando los siguientes puntos:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Inmunizaciones (vacunas) en los ni\u00f1os y para viajes al\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>extranjero.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Examen F\u00edsico\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conocer nuestra Altura, Peso o \u00cdndice de Masa Corporal (IMC) para mantener nuestro peso.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>La visi\u00f3n y audici\u00f3n son muy importantes chequear para un d\u00eda a d\u00eda productivo.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ex\u00e1menes dentales\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Well Woman Servicios\u00a0<\/strong><strong>( que incluye C\u00e1ncer de mama, c\u00e1ncer de cuello uterino y de las ETS \/ ITS Screenings)\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Educaci\u00f3n para la Salud\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medicamentos , etc.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Definitivamente los chequeos pueden asegurarnos de que estamos en buen estado de salud.
