Entre los beneficios que esta postura tiene para nuestra salud est\u00e1n los siguientes:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Esta postura es excelente porque realiza un masaje en la gl\u00e1ndula Tiroides y la estimula.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Es una de las posturas m\u00e1s accesibles que otras inversiones.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Alivia el estr\u00e9s y la depresi\u00f3n, <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Mejora la digesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Abre los hombros y el cuello.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Fortalece las piernas, nalgas, brazos y abdominales.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Mejora la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea del cuerpo. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Equilibra el sistema nervioso.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Previene el resfr\u00edo y males de la garganta. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Ayuda a combatir algunas enfermedades como asma, bronquitis, varices, hemorroides, diabetes, y m\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">PASO A PASO:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Nos acostamos boca arriba sobre la espalda con las piernas estiradas y los pies juntos. Extendemos los brazos a lo largo de los costados, con las palmas de las manos apoyadas en el suelo. La zona lumbar bien apoyada en el suelo. Las cervicales estiradas, el ment\u00f3n recogido y el maxilar inferior relajado.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Inhalamos y exhalamos mientras elevamos las piernas hasta que formen un \u00e1ngulo recto con el tronco.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Seguimos inhalando y exhalando lentamente mientras elevamos las gl\u00fateos y la espalda, todo lentamente, con la fuerza de la cintura y presionando las manos contra el suelo, llevamos las piernas hacia atr\u00e1s y hacia arriba. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Despu\u00e9s enderezamos el tronco y las piernas hasta que el cuerpo quede lo m\u00e1s vertical posible. Inmediatamente\u00a0flexionamos los brazos y colocamos las manos en el centro de la espalda, cerca de los om\u00f3platos. Con la ayuda de las manos estiramos verticalmente al m\u00e1ximo el tronco y las piernas.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Para finalizar, el estern\u00f3n se aproxima y contacta con el ment\u00f3n. El peso del cuerpo descansar\u00e1 principalmente sobre los hombros y los brazos, la zona occipital de la cabeza y la nuca participan en menor grado.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Para bajar exhalamos mientras doblamos las rodillas hacia el torso y giramos el torso hacia atr\u00e1s lentamente y con cuidado en el suelo, manteniendo la parte posterior de la cabeza en el suelo.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DURACI\u00d3N:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Empezamos practicando la postura durante unos 30 segundos.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Poco a poco agregamos 5 a 10 segundos a la rutina cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s o menos hasta que pueda sujetar c\u00f3modamente la pose durante 3 minutos. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Luego continuamos durante 3 minutos cada d\u00eda durante una semana o dos, hasta que se sienta relativamente c\u00f3moda en la postura.
