Entre los beneficios de esta postura tenemos:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Desarrolla una postura correcta.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> Fortalece los muslos, los tobillos y los pies.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Tonifica tus m\u00fasculos abdominales.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Calma y aclara tu mente y el sistema nervioso.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PASO A PASO<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Ponte de pie, con el borde interno de su conmovedora dedos gordos.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #008000;\">Alinea tus pies paralelos entre s\u00ed, coloca los talones ligeramente separados, con los segundos y medio dedos de los pies apuntando hacia delante. Anime a los dedos de los pies y los huesos de los pies para extender y aumentar en superficie. Permita que sus dedos de los pies se mantengan suaves como a encontrar el equilibrio en las cuatro esquinas de los pies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #008000;\">Siente una base suave de los pies en la tierra y permiten que los m\u00fasculos del muslo que se activa sin bloquear las rodillas. Imagine que sus huesos sit levemente, que baja hacia el interior de los talones como el hueso p\u00fabico eleva ligeramente hacia el ombligo. Siente una l\u00ednea de elevaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda y de aligeramiento de la columna vertebral a trav\u00e9s del n\u00facleo, todo el camino hasta la parte superior de la cabeza.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #008000;\">La barbilla debes mantenerla paralela al suelo manteniendo la longitud a trav\u00e9s del cuello. Siente una l\u00ednea de equilibrio de la parte superior de la cabeza hacia abajo a trav\u00e9s de la pelvis.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #008000;\">A medida que la mirada se mantiene hacia adelante, imagine que su pecho y los om\u00f3platos igualmente amplio y abierto. Libere sus hombros dando espacio para el cuello como la parte superior del hueso del pecho ligeramente ascensores. Evitar el env\u00edo de su pecho y las costillas hacia fuera y hacia delante. Deje que sus brazos cubren al lado de su cuerpo de forma natural. Relaje los ojos, la lengua y los m\u00fasculos faciales.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #008000;\">Respire lentamente y con fluidez mientras mantiene Postura de la monta\u00f1a durante 30 segundos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TIPS<\/span>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Esto aplica con todas las posturas de yoga: Si no se siente bien, es mejor no practicarla.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">No olviden que la respiraci\u00f3n es muy importante y el divertirse tambi\u00e9n.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Siempre hay que ser precavidos, evite hacer la postura si tiene dolor de\u00a0cabeza,\u00a0condiciones m\u00e9dicas que afectan el equilibrio,\u00a0insomnio o presi\u00f3n arterial baja.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Como todas las posturas de yoga se puede hacer modificaciones, una de ellas es si tienes dificultades de equilibrio puedes ampliar sus pies unos cent\u00edmetros manteniendo los dedos segundo y medio apuntando hacia delante. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Otra s\u00faper modificaci\u00f3n es colocar nuestra espalda contra la pared directamente para encontrar la alineaci\u00f3n en esta pose. Los talones, el sacro (centro de la pelvis), y los om\u00f3platos toquen suavemente la pared.
