Inhala y levanta los brazos perpendiculares al suelo. Cualquiera de mantener los brazos en paralelo, con las palmas mirando hacia dentro, o unirse a las palmas.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Exhale y doble las rodillas, tratando de tomar los muslos como casi paralelo al suelo posible. Las rodillas se proyectar\u00e1n a lo largo de los pies y el torso se incline ligeramente hacia adelante sobre los muslos hasta las formas torso delanteras aproximadamente un \u00e1ngulo recto con la parte superior de los muslos. Mantenga los muslos paralelos entre s\u00ed y presionar las cabezas de los huesos de los muslos hacia abajo, hacia los talones.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Firme sus om\u00f3platos contra la parte posterior. Tome su coxis hacia el suelo y en hacia su pubis para mantener la zona lumbar a largo.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Estancia de 30 segundos a un minuto. P\u00e1rese con la espalda contra la pared, a pocos cent\u00edmetros de distancia de la pared.
