(Se puede mentir sobre una manta doblada para rellenar el frente de su torso y las piernas.) Exhale y doble las rodillas, llevando los talones lo m\u00e1s cerca que pueda a sus gl\u00fateos. Llegar arriba con las manos y apoderarse de sus tobillos (pero no la parte superior de los pies). Aseg\u00farese de que sus rodillas no son m\u00e1s que la anchura de las caderas, y mantener las rodillas ancho de la cadera durante la duraci\u00f3n de la pose.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Inhale y levante los talones firmemente lejos de sus nalgas y, al mismo tiempo, levantar los muslos lejos del piso. Esto tendr\u00e1 el efecto de tirar de su parte superior del torso y la cabeza del suelo. Madriguera el coxis hacia el suelo, y mantener los m\u00fasculos de la espalda suave.
