(Coloque una manta debajo de la cadera derecha para apoyo en caso necesario.) <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Doblar hacia adelante durante 10 respiraciones, permitiendo que sus caderas se ablanden y la liberaci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Luego vienen a su alcance, meter sus dedos de los pies traseros, y un paso atr\u00e1s en el perro a la baja. Tome una correa con una hebilla. Deslice un peque\u00f1o lazo en la espalda del pie-digamos que el pie izquierdo se extiende hacia atr\u00e1s y apriete la correa alrededor de la bola del pie. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Aseg\u00farese de que la hebilla est\u00e1 en contra de la planta del pie. Realice la posici\u00f3n de las piernas, y poner la correa en el suelo al lado de la pierna izquierda. Doble la rodilla izquierda y agarrar la correa con la mano izquierda. Gire el brazo hacia arriba y sobre su cabeza, y luego llegar a la espalda con la mano derecha. Sostenga la correa con ambas manos, y cuidadosamente caminar las manos hacia abajo la correa hacia el pie.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Entre las contraindicaciones y precauciones hay que tener en cuenta la lesi\u00f3n sacroil\u00edaca,\u00a0lesi\u00f3n en el tobillo,\u00a0lesi\u00f3n de rodilla,caderas o los muslos apretados.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">A menudo es dif\u00edcil para descender la parte exterior de la cadera de la pierna delantera todo el camino hasta el piso.
