Al mismo tiempo, llegar a su mano derecha hacia adelante, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del lado poco-dedo del pie derecho, por lo menos 12 pulgadas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exhale presionando la mano derecha y el tal\u00f3n derecho firmemente en el suelo y estire la pierna derecha, al mismo tiempo levantar la pierna izquierda paralela (o un poco m\u00e1s arriba en paralelo) al suelo.
