A continuaci\u00f3n les detallo paso a paso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.- La primera postura podemos iniciarla con una intenci\u00f3n o afirmaci\u00f3n en mente, como les muestro al principio del post empezar nuestra sesi\u00f3n de yoga con gratitud por un nuevo d\u00eda o por todo lo que tenemos es ideal para tener un\u00a0<\/strong><b>prop\u00f3sito, luego juntamos nuestras manos, cerramos los ojos, abrimos las piernas y nos colocamos en la postura de la silla por medio a un minuto para iniciar y poco a poco a poco aumentar el tiempo con la practica, con la mente relajada y fija en nuestra intenci\u00f3n. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2.- La segunda postura nos ayuda a estirarnos, su nombre es el\u00a0tri\u00e1ngulo y como\u00a0ver\u00e1n se realiza mirando hacia arriba y no olvidemos las respiraciones lentas y profundas en cada paso y postura. Primero se inicia con la mano derecha por medio o un minuto aproximadamente y luego se cambia con la siguiente mano, la mano que se encuentra abajo pueden colocarla\u00a0detr\u00e1s de la parte baja de la pantorrilla o un poco m\u00e1s arriba del talon y las piernas estiradas, sentir\u00e1n que bien se siente con una intenci\u00f3n y respirando lento y profundo. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3.- Esta postura llamada del perro tambi\u00e9n nos ayuda a empezar el d\u00eda con estiramiento, en donde colocamos nuestras manos en el piso, levantamos las caderas, estiramos los brazos y relajamos la cabeza, las piernas tambi\u00e9n estiradas y los pies pueden ser ligeramente apoyados o levantados.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>4.- Aqu\u00ed podemos hacer una variaci\u00f3n de la postura del perro levantando una pierna a la vez, podemos estirar la pierna o podemos levantarla relajada, se puede tener la espalda baja recta o encurbada y la cadera arriba. Realizarla durante medio\u00a0minuto o un minuto, no olviden la respiraci\u00f3n para relajar la postura. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>5.- La postura de la paloma es una de mis favoritas en las ma\u00f1anas porque me ayuda a tener m\u00e1s flexibilidad \u00a0porque como ver\u00e1n en la foto, se estira el dorso, la espalda baja se\u00a0encubra mientras con la pierna derecha estirada hacia adelante y luego se\u00a0flexiona\u00a0hacia adentro de las caderas para empezar y la pierna\u00a0izquierda se estira hacia\u00a0atr\u00e1s con el talon hacia arriba. Luego se cambia la pierna. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>6.- Terminamos con la postura del ni\u00f1o que me encanta porque nos ayuda a\u00a0descansar el abdomen, las piernas y espalda y a la vez estirarla junto con los brazos.
