Recomiendo mucho que practiquen esa postura poco a poco.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>BENEFICIOS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fortalece los tobillos y las piernas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fortalece los hombros y los m\u00fasculos de la espalda.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tonifica el abdomen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mejora el equilibrio y la postura.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PASO A PASO:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Iniciamos con la postura de Tadasana o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamaholistica.com\/holistic-thursday-postura-de-yoga-la-montana\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura de la monta\u00f1a<\/span><\/a>, exhalamos y nos inclinamos hacia adelante y abajo tocando nuestros talones con nuestras manos como abrazando nuestras piernas,\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Luego exhalamos y paso el pie izquierdo de nuevo en una posici\u00f3n alta estocada. Su rodilla derecha debe ser m\u00e1s o menos en \u00e1ngulo recto. Coloque la l\u00ednea media de su torso (desde el pubis hasta el estern\u00f3n) hacia abajo en la l\u00ednea media del muslo derecho (desde la rodilla hasta el pliegue de la cadera) y llevar las manos a la rodilla derecha, la mano derecha a la rodilla externa, la mano izquierda a el interior. <\/strong><strong>Apriete la rodilla con las manos, levante el torso ligeramente y con una exhalaci\u00f3n, gire ligeramente hacia la derecha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desde la posici\u00f3n alta estirar los brazos hacia adelante o paralelos al suelo y paralelos entre s\u00ed, con las palmas frente a frente. Exhale y presione la cabeza del hueso del muslo derecho hacia atr\u00e1s y presione el tal\u00f3n de forma activa en el suelo. Cuando usted estira los brazos hacia adelante (como se describe en el paso 3 anterior), echa mano de la parte superior de la silla. Como te levantes en la pose completa, haga clic en y deslice la silla lejos de ti y lo utilizan para apoyar sus brazos. Se puede para en frente de usted. Al llegar a los brazos hacia adelante justo antes de levantar en la pose llena, debe sujetar las mu\u00f1ecas en sus manos. Te debe guiar a su posici\u00f3n, no tire, y luego apoyar las mu\u00f1ecas lo m\u00e1s ligero posible.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la Virabhadrasana III se puede variar la posici\u00f3n de los brazos.
