Al descender dibujar el torso delante de las ingles y abrir el espacio entre el pubis y la parte superior del estern\u00f3n. Como en todas las flexiones hacia delante, el \u00e9nfasis est\u00e1 en alargar el torso frontal a medida que mueve m\u00e1s de lleno en la posici\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Si es posible, con las rodillas rectas, traiga sus palmas o puntas de los dedos hasta el suelo ligeramente por delante o al lado de los pies, o traer las palmas a las espaldas de sus tobillos. Si esto no es posible, cruzar los antebrazos y mantenga los codos. Pulse los talones firmemente en el suelo y levantar los huesos que se sientan hacia el techo.
