text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>A continuaci\u00f3n muestro los 5 pasos para empezar a Meditar:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><b>1.- Saber que no somos solo mente y cuerpo<\/b><\/span><b>, es el primer paso, porque hay que tener claro que tambi\u00e9n tenemos esp\u00edritu o alma la cual debemos atenderla con la <\/b><b>meditaci\u00f3n,<\/b><b>\u00a0as\u00ed como lo hacemos con nuestra mente al leer o estudiar o con nuestro cuerpo al hacer ejercicio. La mente, el cuerpo y alma se complementan y es muy importante tenerlos bien atendidos y en balance.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b><span style=\"color: #003300;\">2.- Encontrar el lugar y posici\u00f3n<\/span> adecuados<\/b><b>, el lugar donde te sientas\u00a0c\u00f3modo, si deseas iluminado, luz tenue u oscuro, estar en una posici\u00f3n adecuada como les muestro en la foto o si tienes problemas con la espalda puedes sentarte en una silla, no echada en una cama o\u00a0sill\u00f3n\u00a0porque se quedaran dormidos, el silencio es importante, as\u00ed que puedes iniciar en los momentos u horas en que la familia esta durmiendo o\u00a0est\u00e9n\u00a0solos, yo me retiro a una habitaci\u00f3n donde este sola y con la practica ya no necesito un silencio absoluto, pero al principio si lo necesitaba aunque en las madrugadas tenia el sonido de los\u00a0pajaritos\u00a0al amanecer u otros sonidos que poco a poco ya no me distraen solo me inspiran. ;D<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><b>3.- Respirar lento y profundo<\/b><\/span><b>, las veces que sean necesarias y las respiraciones deben ser lentas, relajadas y profundas, concentrando nuestra mente en la respiraci\u00f3n, \u00a0ver\u00e1n\u00a0que poco a poco con la practica uno se logra enfocar en la respiraci\u00f3n y solo\u00a0sentir\u00e1s\u00a0una sensaci\u00f3n de paz y bienestar que no se puede explicar. Puedes empezar a meditar 10 minutos por d\u00eda y\u00a0despu\u00e9s te\u00a0sentir\u00e1s\u00a0tan bien que el tiempo se alargara solo.
