{"id":6880,"date":"2014-08-07T12:19:09","date_gmt":"2014-08-07T16:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mamaholistica.com\/?p=6880"},"modified":"2016-09-30T10:09:56","modified_gmt":"2016-09-30T15:09:56","slug":"holistic-thursday-postura-de-yoga-el-templo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mamaholistica.com\/es\/holistic-thursday-postura-de-yoga-el-templo\/","title":{"rendered":"Postura de Yoga &#8220;El Templo&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6881\" title=\"Holistic Thursday: Postura de Yoga &quot;El Templo&quot; \" src=\"http:\/\/mamiholistica.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/08\/101_0000.jpg?resize=474%2C371\" alt=\"Holistic Thursday: Postura de Yoga &quot;El Templo&quot; \" width=\"474\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Llego el Jueves y estamos a un paso del fin de semana de relajo, por eso yo siempre estoy feliz de mostrarles una postura nueva y f\u00e1cil de yoga y en esta\u00a0ocasi\u00f3n\u00a0ser\u00e1 la postura del templo, que es ideal y un gran ejercicio de yoga porque trabaja la parte baja del cuerpo, mientras que se centra en los muslos y las nalgas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BENEFICIOS<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Fortalecimiento y la apertura de la cadera. <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Estiran los m\u00fasculos que no reciben tanta atenci\u00f3n como el cuadrado lumbar.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Nos ayuda a mantener el balance y m\u00e1s beneficios.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PASO A PASO<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Desde una postura de la silla o la postura de la monta\u00f1a, se acomodan las manos como prefieran, como en la foto o extendiendo los brazos.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Traiga sus pies hacia fuera por debajo de sus manos, para que las mu\u00f1ecas est\u00e9n paralelos a los tobillos.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Planta tus pies en el suelo con los dedos de frente o ligeramente inclinados a un costado como en la foto, trate de no influir en su baja de la espalda hacia adelante o inclinarse.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Involucre a sus cu\u00e1driceps, es decir el abdomen y los gl\u00fateos para asegurarse de que est\u00e1 c\u00f3modo con la Postura del templo.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Agite suavemente de arriba abajo, a continuaci\u00f3n, de lado a lado, para acostumbrarse a la postura.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Inhale, y traiga sus palmas juntas en posici\u00f3n de oraci\u00f3n, y doblar ambas rodillas. Repita 10 veces, alternando los lados.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TIPS<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> Como principiante, usted no puede ser capaz de permanecer en la postura del Templo por un largo tiempo. Si sus rodillas chocan puede juntar un poco los pies hacia el medio.
