Se estira la pierna derecha hacia adelante en \u00e1ngulo de 90 grados y la pierna izquierda estirada hacia atr\u00e1s, el tronco derecho \u00a0los brazos estirados hacia arriba, es ideal para estirarse durante 30 segundos o m\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura del Barco<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Paripurna Navasana es una postura ideal para abdominales ya que es un\u00a0profundo y fortalecedor flexor de la cadera, requiere mantener el equilibrio sobre el tr\u00edpode de los huesos que se sientan y coxis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3.-\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura\u00a0de la langosta o\u00a0salabhasana<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Salabhasana o la postura de la langosta prepara eficazmente para principiantes y pone \u00e9nfasis en las curvas de la espalda m\u00e1s profundas, ideal el fortalecimiento de la parte posterior del torso, piernas y brazos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4.-\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura del Arco o\u00a0Dhanurasana<\/span>.S<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Se realiza una curva en forma de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamaholistica.com\/holistic-thursday-postura-de-yoga-el-arco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">arco<\/span><\/a> para no sentirse energ\u00e9ticamente bloqueado, cargado y listo para lograr el objetivo que desee.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura del h\u00e9roe o\u00a0Virasana<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Virasana o postura del h\u00e9roe es un b\u00e1lsamo para las piernas cansadas al final del d\u00eda, as\u00ed como una alternativa a Lotus para la meditaci\u00f3n sentada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6.- <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Postura del H\u00e9roe\u00a0Reclinado o Supta Virasana<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Coloque atr\u00e1s los muslos y realice el estiramiento en los muslos y los tobillos a un nivel superior.
